Everyone has experienced awkward moments. For instance, being introduced to someone and feeling self-conscious because you don’t know what to say. Or, showing up at a job interview without a resume and not knowing what to say or do after the interview is over. We teach the confidence to approach these events.

Our etiquette classes help businesses maintain that competititve edge. Just as the professional must keep current in the content aspect of his/her field, the professional is expected to stay up-to-date in the soft skills. Etiquette is a soft skill which can make a difference in the positive image we project of confidence and authority. Learning the difference between business and social etiquette is crucial for the job applicant, for the next promotion, or for the independent business person.
