About Us

Teaching good manners was considered part of a child’s upbringing in the United States until the ‘60’s.  Public and private schools included etiquette as part of a well-rounded curriculum.  Charm schools taught social graces, poise and table manners.  The liberated ‘60’s and ‘70’s brought about a decline in popularity of etiquette programs.  A renewed interest in the ‘80’s, the return to the traditional values in the ‘90’s, and now the challenge to professionalism has simply made etiquette another tool to provide the competitive edge.  In response to this need, The Etiquette Center, LLC began in 2004.  Its outreach has included adults in the business setting as well as children in the school setting.

Mission Statement - A Commitment to Quality

The mission of The Etiquette Center, LLC is to present a confidence building program promoting leadership skills for today’s youth and adults in an ever-changing society.
